By accessing or using the Afrosmeet app and services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, please do not use Afrosmeet.
Afrosmeet is strictly for users aged 18 and over. You must provide accurate information and use the service in a lawful and respectful manner.
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree not to share your account, impersonate others, or create fraudulent profiles. Afrosmeet may request verification steps to protect the community.
Afrosmeet is a respectful space. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, threats, sexual exploitation, scams, and any abusive or illegal behavior are strictly prohibited. Content that is offensive, explicit, or harmful may be removed and may result in account restriction or suspension.
Creating an account, browsing profiles, swiping, and matching may be available without charge. However, to start messaging after a match, at least one of the two users must have an active paid subscription. Premium features may include access to enhanced discovery tools, community features, and exclusive experiences.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play. Pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules are governed by the store you used. You can manage your subscription from your device settings (App Store / Google Play account).
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to hack or disrupt the service, scrape data, reverse engineer the app, or use automated tools (bots) to interact with users. Afrosmeet may restrict access if misuse is detected.
Afrosmeet may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, a safety risk, fraudulent activity, or illegal behavior. You may stop using Afrosmeet at any time and can request account deletion in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We work to keep Afrosmeet reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may evolve over time, and we may update, modify, or discontinue certain parts of the service to improve safety and user experience.
Afrosmeet provides a platform to connect users, but we do not guarantee outcomes, matches, or interactions. You are responsible for your communications and for taking common-sense safety precautions when meeting someone in real life. To the extent permitted by law, Afrosmeet is not liable for indirect losses or damages resulting from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product, legal, or safety changes. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of Afrosmeet after updates means you accept the new Terms.
