Afrosmeet is a Black dating app available to users in Canada and globally, designed to connect members of the Afro-Canadian, Afro-Caribbean, and African diaspora communities.
By downloading, accessing, or using Afrosmeet, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the app immediately.
Afrosmeet is strictly reserved for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate age restrictions.
You agree to use Afrosmeet respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, hate speech, discrimination, impersonation, fraud, or sharing illegal content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination without notice.
Afrosmeet offers optional premium features through in-app purchases. Payments are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription renewals, billing cycles, and cancellations are managed directly through your app store account in accordance with their respective policies.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these Terms, community guidelines, or applicable laws. Users may also delete their account at any time from within the app settings.

Afrosmeet provides a platform for introductions and communication between users. We are not responsible for user behaviour, offline interactions, or outcomes resulting from connections made through the app.
All content, trademarks, logos, and design elements of Afrosmeet are the exclusive property of LBT Synergy and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to applicable consumer protection laws in Canada.
