Welcome to Afrosmeet. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Afrosmeet website, mobile application, and related services in the United States (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Afrosmeet is operated by LBT Synergy, a French company (SAS) headquartered at 34 avenue des Champs-Élysées, 75008 Paris, France. For users located in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By accessing or using Afrosmeet from the United States or any other location, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service and delete your account.
Strictly 18+. Afrosmeet is intended exclusively for adults. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. Any account found to belong to a minor may be permanently removed and/or restricted.
Your privacy and data security are important to us. Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal data for users in the United States.
Afrosmeet is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and safe community. You agree to interact with integrity and comply with our community standards. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward the following behaviors:
Violations may result in account warnings, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination, and we may report illegal activity to relevant authorities where required or appropriate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must contact us immediately at contact@afrosmeet.com.
Afrosmeet provides a platform to connect users but does not conduct background checks and does not guarantee user identity beyond any optional verification features. You are responsible for your interactions with others and should use common sense and caution when meeting someone in person. If you feel unsafe, discontinue communication and report the profile in-app where available.
Afrosmeet may offer paid features and subscriptions (“Premium”). Prices, billing cycles, and benefits are displayed in the app or at the point of purchase. Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by those platforms and are subject to their payment terms. Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds (if applicable) are handled through your app store account settings.
You are responsible for the content you post (including photos, bios, messages, and other materials). By submitting content to the Service, you grant Afrosmeet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely for operating, improving, and providing the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion where available. Afrosmeet may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, harmed other users, or created legal, security, or safety risks for Afrosmeet or the community.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afrosmeet disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that matches, conversations, or outcomes will meet your expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afrosmeet and LBT Synergy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. In any case, Afrosmeet’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to Afrosmeet (if any) in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, the website, or other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
