These Terms are intended to apply to users in the United States, subject to any mandatory rights or protections provided by applicable federal, state, or local law. Where permitted by applicable law, disputes concerning the Service will be governed by the laws specified in these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
By accessing or using Afrosmeet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Service and, where applicable, delete your account.
Afrosmeet is strictly 18+. The Service is intended exclusively for adults. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service.
We may restrict or remove accounts that we reasonably believe belong to minors or that otherwise violate applicable age requirements.

Afrosmeet provides tools that allow users to discover and communicate with other people. We do not guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, or suitability of any individual user. Any verification or moderation features are intended to support platform safety and do not constitute a guarantee of a user's identity or background.
You are responsible for your interactions with other users. Use appropriate caution when communicating with or meeting someone you first encountered through Afrosmeet. If you believe that another user presents a safety risk or violates these Terms, use the available reporting tools or contact us.
Afrosmeet may offer paid features, subscriptions, or other premium functionality (“Premium Features”). Prices, billing periods, features, and applicable terms are displayed at the relevant point of purchase.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed through the applicable app store and are also subject to that platform's terms and payment policies.
Subscription management and cancellation are generally handled through the account associated with the relevant app store. Refund requests may be subject to the policies and procedures of the applicable payment platform and applicable law.
You remain responsible for the content you submit to Afrosmeet, including photographs, profile information, biographies, messages, and other materials.
By submitting content to the Service, you grant Afrosmeet a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify where technically necessary, and display that content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the Service.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that your content does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Afrosmeet does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We do not guarantee that you will obtain a particular number of matches, conversations, relationships, or other outcomes from using the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Afrosmeet and LBT Synergy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including certain losses of profits, data, or goodwill.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Afrosmeet and LBT Synergy for claims arising from or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Afrosmeet for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or the minimum amount required under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, or our operating practices.
If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the application, website, email, or another reasonable method. The updated Terms will become effective as stated in the notice or, where no specific effective date is provided, when posted.
Where applicable law permits continued use of the Service to constitute acceptance of updated Terms, continuing to use the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
