6. Data Security, Retention & International Transfers

Your data is secured and stored within the European Union, which is recognised as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred outside Zimbabwe, as required under the Cyber and Data Protection Act. Your data is kept for as long as your account is active, and deleted after 12 months of inactivity.

7. Your Rights

In accordance with Zimbabwe's Cyber and Data Protection Act, 2021, you have the right to access, correct, and request the deletion of your personal data.
